- Mowallid-i Balgham Aghziya - The foods which produce excessive quantity of phlegm in the body e.g. sheep milk, beet root, cucumber, etc.
- Dalk (Massage)
- Hammām (After evacuation)
- Aghziya Musakhkhina - Foods producing heat in the body e.g. spices.
- Ice and its preparations to be avoided.
- Too much of sex to be avoided.
